Throughout

  • Touch-up paint throughout the home where walls are scuffed and hanging items have been taken down.  Also, touch-up the doors and baseboard.
  • Replace low wattage light bulbs (60W or below) with brightest bulbs recommended by manufacturer. Similar fixtures within each room should have matching bulbs. Corkscrew bulbs should be removed. Light fixtures and ceiling fans should be dusted and cleaned.
  • Replace/add smoke and carbon monoxide detectors if discolored and if not near all sleeping areas.
  • Windows including glass, screens, and sills should be spotless allowing the maximum amount of natural light to enter the home. Unused screens can be stored to brighten rooms.

Dining Room

  • Keep the chandelier tied up.
  • Clean the chandelier.
  • Remove the desk surface, patch the wall, and touch-up paint.
  • Stager will add focal point art where the desk was.

 Living Room

  • Remove the blinds, patch drywall, and touch-up paint.
  • Add a curtain and rod on the back patio door.  Curtain 54"w x 90"long, white, set of 2. Brushed nickel rod, 48"-86" install so that the rod is 70" wide and 90" above the finished floor. 
  •      

Kitchen

  • Clean under refrigerator and range.  
  • Remove stains/dark marks from flooring.
  • Caulk and touch-up around backsplash tile and sink as needed.
  • Replace kitchen faucet with a single handle pull down.  Designer will specify model.
  • Stager will add a hand towel, counter top decor, and faux plants above the upper cabinets.

Garage

  • Remove the shelving units that are not attached.
  • Replace the overhead light bulbs.
  • Clean the steps up into the house.
  • Wash the floor and clean the walls.

        Master Bedroom

        • Remove the blinds from the windows.
        • Replace the yellowed smoke detector.

        Master Bath

        • Clean the bathtub and re-caulk.
        • Replace the sink faucets with single handle models for an updated look.
        • Stager will add white towels, counter-top decor, and a shower curtain.

          Laundry Closet/Hall

          • Clean the floor under the washer/dryer.

                Main Bathroom

                • Clean the bathtub and re-caulk where needed.
                • Re-attach the shower curtain rod.
                • Replace the sink faucet with single handle models for an updated look.
                • Stager will add white towels, counter-top decor, and a shower curtain.

                Front Bedroom

                • Remove the blinds.
