- For showings display rolled white towels on the tub deck, clear off the vanity other than white towels, and leave the blinds pulled open at the tops for a private feel.
Upstairs Living Room
- Keep the seating area clear of pillows and throws.
- Place a coffee table book on the coffee table.
- Potted flowers could be added on the deck.
Upstairs Front Bedroom
- Switch on the bedside lamps for showings.
- In the bathroom store the toilet brush and display the towels.
