A home that was dark, dated, and cluttered.  The homeowners who had lived in the home for 30 years needed help making their home center stage-ready.  They were retired and anxious to move from the Colorado cold to sunny Arizona.

A Staging Report and Showing Prep List guided the homeowners to a picture-perfect listing.  The home was on the market 7 days and sold for the full asking price.  The Realtor was ecstatic and the homeowners were relieved and free to move to Arizona!
